How We Do It
All items purchased through this website should be delivered to UK addresses in 1-4 business days, if you require next business day delivery please contact us through our Instagram Direct Message (@exclusivebirmingham).
International Deliveries should arrive within 5 business days but may take up to 2 months if there are any issues with the item going through government customs agencies.
Please ensure that the correct delivery address is inputted at checkout before purchase. As the customer is responsible for giving us the correct delivery address, we will not refund you if you provide the wrong address and then your package is sent to the wrong address.

On these days, there is no guarantee that your order will be dispatched. Your order may be cancelled or pushed back till the 4TH of January.
